Printing at home is a privilege, not a right.

Only at Kinkos is printing a right. Most anywhere else (including the average office), printing has varying levels of privilege. 

To increase your 'printing privilege,' There are two steps:

Step One (the most important step): Purchase the correct type and brand of printer. Type: Laser. Brand: Anything but HP. Black and white laser printer $250, color $375.

Step Two: Learn the art of printing. Know for instance that printing from a browser is challenging & that deleting and re-adding a printer solves 30% of problems.
