Non-corporate sounds good & it is great if you're actually a fit for it. Caveat though: I'm a problem solver, which automatically means I do not provide customer service in the typical sense. With technology, the problem might be your choice in software (Windows 11) or the fact that you don't manage your passwords. I'm more like the car mechanic who works in the back of the dealership. I'm less like the service advisor, who maintains a smile while jumping in front of problems the dealership caused.
